Merthyr Valleys Homes

Kalm was awarded a contract for the provision of Retrofit Assessment and Coordination services for a scheme of 170 homes by Merthyr Valleys Homes.

 The contract included primarily semi-detached houses in a relatively exposed hilltop location. The key objectives were to take a ‘fabric first’ approach to reduce space heating demand prior to electrification of heating systems in future rounds of works.
