Alun Watkins
Director
With 30 years in the construction industry, Alun has experience as Client, Consultant, Project Manager and Contractor. A certified Passivhaus Consultant he has specialised in sustainable and low energy construction since 2002.
Alun is also a part-time lecturer, teaching a variety of building energy and sustainability modules at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s in Swansea.
Louise Milton
Retrofit Project Manager
Louise is an experienced Project Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in housing and construction delivery – spanning social housing and energy-efficient upgrades, community housing, complex disability modifications, and heritage architecture.
Louise has proven skill in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing full project life cycles from acquisition to post-completion review.
James Mullen
Retrofit Coordinator
James brings 15 years of experience in the sustainable built environment sector, with a background that spans both hands-on delivery and strategic consultancy. He began his career as a carpenter, working on retrofit and Passivhaus new build projects, before moving into consultancy over the past 6 years.
James Abercrombie
Retrofit Assessor
James is a qualified Retrofit Assessor with expertise in evaluating properties for energy efficiency improvements. Specialising in PAS 2035 standards, James conducts detailed property surveys, gathers accurate data, and provides comprehensive reports to support effective retrofit plans.
James works closely with clients and retrofit coordinators to ensure projects meet compliance requirements and deliver measurable energy savings.
Marissa Johnston
Marketing and Office Support
Marissa has spent over a decade in marketing, sales and customer service. She loves meeting people, building relationships, and bringing ideas to life. New to the retrofit world, Marissa brings fresh energy and a wide range of experience from different industries.
